Futurum Works provides digital marketing, branding, digital presence, growth and transformation services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate agreement or proposal agreed with you before work begins.

We do not guarantee specific sales, leads or profit increases. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and our recommendations are made in good faith based on the information available to us.

Our six-month investment plans are set at the levels shown on this website. The plans define the level of engagement, not a rigid checklist. The exact scope, services and priorities for your business are decided after we understand your business.

We do not recommend services simply because they are available. Recommended scope is based on what your business actually needs.

Payments are due as agreed in your proposal or engagement agreement. Where installment or EMI options are available, payment schedules will be set out before the engagement begins. Unless otherwise agreed, services are provided after the applicable payment terms are met.

The scope of work is defined in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Any work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Changes to scope should be agreed in writing between both parties.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and to cooperate with reasonable requests for information, access and approvals needed to deliver the work. Timely feedback and decision-making are important to keeping the work on schedule.

Work created for your business as part of an engagement (such as branding, content and digital assets) is intended for your use as set out in the agreement. We retain the right to reference our work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party tools and platforms used remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Our work may involve third-party platforms such as advertising, analytics, social media and website tools. These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes made by these platforms that affect your accounts, content or performance.

We measure and report on meaningful indicators agreed with you. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and we make no express or implied guarantee of specific marketing outcomes, sales or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurum Works is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Cancellation terms for engagements are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. If you wish to discontinue services, please contact us to discuss the applicable terms and any work already delivered.

We treat information about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We do not share confidential business information with third parties except where needed to deliver the work or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India, unless otherwise agreed.
